The customer rep I spoke with when placing my order was very knowledgeable, took time to review exactly what I wanted. He was also very professional, besides very friendly and courteous. I would recommend this company to my friends for future. This is the first time ordering a mattress from internet. Hopefully, all goes well when I receive mattress and foundation.
So far, my experience has been 200 % positive! I haven't received my order yet, so I'll come back after I do, but the website is so easy to navigate, highly explanatory and clear, and there's a chat option that is available 24/7! I ordered a mattress and foundation to be delivered on a specific date; the representative on chat and on the phone told me how that would work. I feel very confident about my purchase and can't wait to get my Saatva mattress and foundation delivered in my new home.

Had small rips in the fabric on the adjustable bed delivered to my home. Saatva Zenhaven rep could not have handled the matter any better. Several options were given, and each one favored the customer. Amazing customer service from their great rep Yasmin. Buy from them. You will be pleased. By the way,the mattress is amazingly comfy.
