We had purchased our mattress 6 months ago. I recently filled out their customer survey stating that the mattress felt a bit soft for us, but we could live with it. I figured my response would just go into “survey cyberspace”, and I expected nothing. In researching several mattresses of all types over a period of two weeks I found the Saatva mattress and purchasing process to be excellent. Their customer service reps were very prompt, pleasant and helpful with my many questions. As for the product it is top notch in quality and reasonably priced, with an amazingly generous guarantee and warranty.
