These folks are from Mars! The best customer service ever! They were never pushy, just extremely professional, kind, knowledgeable! Never ordered a mattress online before and did not want a bed in a box. Skeptical at first but the easiest order we’ve ever placed on line. Delivered exactly as promised. This is the most GORGEOUS, luxurious bed I have ever seen! I hug my bed every night and smile:)) Very Comfortable... telling everyone about this company !! Thank you SAATVA!!!!
I bought a new mattress and foundation from Saatva because 1. I was unhappy with the memory foam mattress I had, and 2. I had spent a weekend at a friend’s lake house and the guest room bed was great, and it came from Saatva. I ordered it online, I was kept informed each step of the way. It was delivered promptly (I was told between 10 am and 2 pm, and they arrived at 9:55 am).
