I haven’t received the mattress yet and slept on it, but the way they’re handling the order is really impressing me. From the time I place the order on the Internet, I’ve gotten three emails and two messages to make sure that the order was correct . I called to verify what I ordered, and asked they could expedited and she told me a delivery date that I said that was great, and will call me back and let me know if it’s available.
The best customer service I have ever experienced. This company goes above and beyond to make sure the customer has the best product and the best experience. Highly recommend!

I was a little gun shy so only ordered 1 mattress and after receiving it I loved it so much I ordered 2 more . The delivery people were professional and quick. I had a great experience purchasing my Zenhaven king size mattress and foundation. Everything went as expected (i.e., as clearly described on their web site), and I love the mattress (it was "love at first lie")! It is extremely comfortable, gently cradling my body, and laying on it makes me feel good and relaxed (I chose the "Luxury Plush" side of the mattress)! At 79 years of age, I have purchased many (mostly high-end) mattresses over the years. I have often, if not always, been dissapointed within 30days, but more often in less than a year. Then I discovered Saatva, and I dare anyone to take my Mattress. I love it and so does my very-hard-to-please wife. I cannot imagine a more comfortable sleep.
Great product and incredible customer service. I had an issue that really wasn't their problem but I called to see if they had any suggestions and they went well above and beyond. I wish all companies cared about both their products and customer experience the way they do.

I have an illness that makes sleeping difficult. The Zen Haven mattress is the first mattress that I have been able to sleep on all night, and not wake up in pain. The quality is superior and so is the customer service. I had an issue that was resolved immediately. It is rare to have a company that offers all of this. That is why I give them 5 stars.
