I purchased a mattress from saatva less than 2 years ago. When I first purchased it the customer service person I talk to was very patient and considerate. She did not pressure me into purchasing something I wasn't ready to buy unless I had more information. I had to call sattva again. I have two mattresses and was recommended by another customer who told me that was the mattress I should get and about the honesty and integrity of their company. I am very pleased and would recommend them to anyone.
So very satisfied with our purchase. From quality, to professionalism to customer service...the Saatva experience has been incredible. On an important note...the mattress itself! We found that the bed we ordered was too firm for us. With one phone call we had a solution path set and implemented.
The site is very clear and easy to use. The call center people are very pleasant, helpful and professional. You call and a person picks up the phone. What pleasant novel concept! :)
The Saatva customer service representatives are very pleasant and professional... literally every time you call and get a different representative they are all very nice. I would give a 5 star except for the delivery of my mattress was not White glove as stated on the website, nor we're they very professional. The man who called me to schedule delivery was very rude and very unprofessional.
