First of all, this company is extremely easy to deal with, from the first step of information and ordering to the (unfortunate on my part ) replacement of the mattress. I ordered a mattress that was too firm and ended up with sore hips, and it was so easy to swap it for a new one within the guarantee time frame. Customer service is stellar.

What a great company. I always say that a true test isn’t when everything is perfect but rather when something is wrong. Well in my case it’s not so much that they did anything wrong- they did everything right it’s just that our choice of mattress didn’t suit our comfort. They were there for us from the start to make it right and standing by their customers is so important. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again as well as highly recommending them.
Totally took care of my complaint without question
So far so good. Have recently placed an order for a mattress and the ordering process and initial follow up have been very good. It will take about 10 days to receive my mattress.
Customer service at Saatva was amazing! Professional, knowledgeable, patient and thorough! Not only was Teresa sweet voice and passion for the product accurate but she articulated the information perfectly... we have the mattress now and love it and they still give us 120 days to make sure it meets our needs and that we are completely satisfied! Very happy with my purchase with Saatva, Inc. The product was delivered as it was estimated. There was a small cut on the foundation and Saatva acknowledged the damage and promised to process a replacement.
This company is replacing a bed for me after 10 months that I didn't like since the bed got lumpy...which is probably my fault as I didn't sleep anywhere but on one side of it. It is there firm mattress because I have problems with my back. I did NOT ask them to do that...I was just going to buy a new bed but they offered a free replacement! Can't do better than that.
