Very good product and excellent customer service. We will be purchasing another latex mattress in the near future for another family member.
We were pleased with everything: service, delivery, quality of the mattress. I did a review on the ******** site, but was then invited by ******** to post here. I think most people don't think of posting on BBB unless something goes terribly wrong.... the large # of posts are because ******** does ask people to do it (but no incentive is offered). After doing my homework, which included trying and hearing the ***** ******equivalent, I decided to buy the Saatva' Solaire sleep system with the adjustable base. The buying process was easy and the company's communication was pretty good. The bed was delivered and set up in our home by the delivery service and was trouble free. I am in the market for a new mattress and have been almost sold on Saavta. That was until a I stubled upon these BBB reviews. After going through them and noticing almost ALL of them were created in the past 2 months. then skipped a month and another batch of positive reviews, then skip a month and another batch. Then nothing but crickets for several months prior and a few bad reviews scattered with no positive reviews. With a recent purchase of the king-sized Zenhaven latex mattress that was feeling not soft enough for our comfort expectations, we are happy to report that we will be receiving a mattress topper to help us adjust during the break-in period. My husband has obstructed nasal passages so his ability to breathe well is difficult necessitating side sleeping only. We’ve had our mattress a couple of months. I wanted to give it a good test before writing a review. I did a great deal of research into mattresses and the companies who make and sell them before deciding to try Saatva, but my husband was very skeptical about buying a mattress sight unseen online. I Purchased a mattress from Saatva in March. Unfortunately the mattress was too soft for my husbands back so I am returning it. Laura R. from customer service was amazing. She was professional, empathetic, courteous and patient. She explained the entire return process thoroughly. Great company that stands behind their product and puts customers first. I’m impressed.
They are very professional and responsive before and after purchase as well.
