When most guys retire, they decide to take it easy, maybe play a little golf or something. Not Russ Salvatore—he built a contemporary restaurant and luxury hotel to run in his retirement. Salvatore, who has been in the restaurant business over 40 years, founded Salvatore's Italian Gardens and Salvatore's Grand Hotel, which he operated until his retirement. Thank You Mr. Salvatore for going above & beyond to make Our 44th Wedding Anniversary so Special. Our meal was Delish & the Wait Staff were Perfect. We both Loved the Special Touch on Our Anniversary Cake.

the staff at Russell's make you feel so welcome. Not your typical fine dining. The portions are very generous. You will not leave hungry. Our go to restaurant for special occasions.

Stayed the night at the hotel this weekend, the front desk staff was absolutely amazing, Mike is spectacular. The bar was beautiful and the drinks and food were delicious! Russell is a sweet man and the most amazing, friendly hotel/restaurant owner I've ever met. All his staff are incredibly friendly and so caring and helpful with all your needs. Very clean, classic and high class venue for all your needs. Absolutely will be back again.
