When most guys retire, they decide to take it easy, maybe play a little golf or something. Not Russ Salvatore—he built a contemporary restaurant and luxury hotel to run in his retirement. Salvatore, who has been in the restaurant business over 40 years, founded Salvatore's Italian Gardens and Salvatore's Grand Hotel, which he operated until his retirement. Food is fabulous, and they are very professional
What an unexpected delight. The dining room was lovely. We sat on the side looking out into the dining room. It was just like a movie, curtains, pillows, perfect lighting and music. Very intimate. Our waiter, Ryan and wait staff were so polite and efficient. We were even directed to our seats by Russel himself. Wish we didn’t have to leave.But will be back again for sure. Thank you.
