When most guys retire, they decide to take it easy, maybe play a little golf or something. Not Russ Salvatore—he built a contemporary restaurant and luxury hotel to run in his retirement. Salvatore, who has been in the restaurant business over 40 years, founded Salvatore's Italian Gardens and Salvatore's Grand Hotel, which he operated until his retirement. My husband and I went last night for dinner the food was overpowered with blue cheese everything we ate on our dinner plate had blue cheese. Then to top it off I was stabbed with a nail sticking out of my chair which they switched out but seriously disappointed for $200 no alcohol only drank water 😣😒 my husband was up all night sick 🤢 we will not be back!!!

We go every year for our anniversary ( and several times in between). Great place for a delicious dinner with a romantic atmosphere. Ryan S. is the best server. Very sweet, remembers us and is very personable!
