When most guys retire, they decide to take it easy, maybe play a little golf or something. Not Russ Salvatore—he built a contemporary restaurant and luxury hotel to run in his retirement. Salvatore, who has been in the restaurant business over 40 years, founded Salvatore's Italian Gardens and Salvatore's Grand Hotel, which he operated until his retirement. We had an amazing dinner there a few days ago! The service from the staff and our waiter was fantastic! Everyone there was very attentive to us and the food was amazing!! We had a great time and can't wait to go back soon!
I have never written a review on a restaurant, but this time I felt compelled to. We just came back from dinner this evening for my boyfriends birthday. This is the second time we've been here and it was as exceptional as the first. The food was absolutely delicious. Best steak I've ever had. And the service was great too. Huge thank you to our waiter Alan for keeping us laughing all night!
There was terrible selection and service was shady
In my opinion, Russell's is the BEST place for a fine-dining experience in WNY. It is the type of place we go to for a special occasion. Everything at Russell's is top notch.....service is excellent, food is exceptional, ambiance is opulent. It is a place with five-star service and outstanding food all the way!
