When most guys retire, they decide to take it easy, maybe play a little golf or something. Not Russ Salvatore—he built a contemporary restaurant and luxury hotel to run in his retirement. Salvatore, who has been in the restaurant business over 40 years, founded Salvatore's Italian Gardens and Salvatore's Grand Hotel, which he operated until his retirement. Shocked to see everyone say that this place is amazing....tonight was my first experience and my server apologized for poor service. Food was really good , but both sides for a table of four were forgotten, and my 50$ bottle of wine...( realize I’m not big shot) had to be refilled by myself ... side note, Demi blue cheese is one of the best sauces I have eaten ...ever! Overall Just disappointed

Wonderful dining experience for my birthday! Our waiter Ryan was amazing! He made the evening even more special! Food was absolutely delicious and perfectly cooked!
