Rupcoe was recommended to me by my parents after they came to the rescue in helping to keep their pipes from freezing as a result of a power outage during some very cold weather about 10 years ago. I used RupCoe for a Winter Furnace Inspection & Cleaning. The process for requesting and setting the appointment with RupCoe was seamless. The office staff at RupCoe is excellent. My technician, Tom Kelly, was very personable and professional. He took the time to diagnose my heating/cooling system and answer all my questions. He made recommendations for improvements and possible upgrades to my system, but was not pushy in any way. Overall I had a great experience with Tom and RupCoe.

I couldnt be happier with the service I received from Howard, who came to my home on November 17th and then again on December 4th. He was friendly and professional and his experience speaks volumes. Howard demonstrated he knows how to access the situation and what is needed right from the get go. We were extremely pleased by the service we received. Todd explained everything he was doing as he used the camera to check our pipes. They were able to come out the same day we called them. We highly recommend them. Todd was friendly, efficient and very neat.

annual maintenance on our heating and hotwater systems. been using rupcoe since 1991. glad tom was assigned. he's one of their best, has been there for years, is very knowledgeable and professoinal, and generally nice to work with. arrived on time. thorough work. observant, made some suggestions/recommendations. fully satisfied. we renewed our service contract.

Josh T went out of his way to do a good job coming after working hours to set up the job, showing me several options to choose from. The next day he was quick, friendly solved difficulties easily and had Luis come in the finish the job faster. A really nice guy full of good work and good suggestions. Thank you
