Sump pump we had for years malfunctioned and we had to place an emergency service call. RupCoe was at our house within an hour of our call, Tom Kelly did an estimate and then installed a new sump pump. The price was fair, the service was excellent and we are very happy with RupCoe and Tom Kelly. Great job, perfect experience. We highly recommend them.
I was lucky enough to have Tommy come take care of my "leek" when I called RupCoe. Unfortunately it was a old iron pipe the cracked significantly. The job was much bigger than I had anticipated and Tommy walked me through step by step and really did a fantastic job with minimal damage to sheet rock. He was on time and friendly. I felt very comfortable with his knowledge and work. If I need plumbing help in the future I will be calling RupCoe and requesting Tommy. Thank you again.
I just had a great experience with Howard from Rupcoe. Our furnace was not lighting and Howard was able to diagnose and fix the problem within no time. Howard also took the time to answer all of my questions as well as educate me on how to properly maintain the system to avoid future problems. I wouldn't hesitate to use Rupcoe in the future. Highly recommended!!
