I've been dealing with Rupcoe for many years now. I always ask for Tom Kelly if he's available. I've known Tom for many years now too. Tom is extremely knowledgable, always patient when I ask him questions, never rushes me or pressures me. Above all, Tom is an honest person which is very important to me and rare to find these days. I always trust his recommendations. Thanks Tom.
Had a plumbing emergency and they had Tom here within an hour. He was friendly and professional. Informed us of the problem, what needed to be done, how it needed to be fixed and proceeded to do exactly as he said in a timely manner. We felt very informed of our problem and the steps that needed to be taken. His friendly personality and extensive knowledge of plumbing gave us confidence the work was being done the best way and for the best price. We will definitely be using Rupcoe and Tom F again!

Ray did an excellent job installing toilet, faucet, and fixing drains weve used rupcoe in the past formour water heater, heatingg system, ray is a good example of the service your comapany always provides!
I called RupCoe around 8 this morning for a boiler issue and they had Bill out to the house by 11am. He went through everything with a fine tooth comb and got our heat back up and running while also doing a full evaluation of my heating system. He really went the extra mile by explaining everything and customizing his recommendations to our exact needs.
