Very happy with the service and comfort I have received from Tom K. And RupCoe I now have air flow in rooms I've never had before. My bills are also 1/2 that of what they use to be! Highly recommend Tom K and RupCoe for all HVAC and Plumbing needs! You will not be disappointed.

Customer service staff when I called was very nice. Jimmy the plumber was very nice, professional, did a great job and was truly a pleasure. He took care of multiple issues I had, and cleaned up very nicely afterwards. He was also very nice to my dog who was constantly over his shoulder! It also cost a bit less than I thought. Highly recommend this company!

On November 9,2014 after returning home from a funeral we were lucky to have chosen Rupcoe to come to our home to fix a drain problem. Tom K came to our home at 10 pm and assessed the situation. Very nice and honest technician in Tom k looking forward to seeing him back to service our ac system again.
Tom was very courteous and thorough. He explained all the details about furnace operation and maintenance and potential problems that may occur due to the issues he found. He also made suggestions to remedy the problems. I will definitely use him again.
