Bill took the time to explain the heating situation, which parts he could clean, which needed replacement and which could wait (or not!) I appreciated his clear explanation, the written proposal for future work as well as what he completed on this visit. Helpful, attentive, good explanations.
Tom Kelly was very professional and courteous and did a great job with our service. He explained every step and we discussed in details what the alternatives were. I was then able to make an informed decision and he proceeded with the installation. I strongly recommend Tom and RupCoe over the other competitors in the Somerset County area.
