Bill repaired shower faucet for us which took several visits. He was very professional, always on time, working quickly, leaving the place clean and orderly. He was willing to spend time explaining us the root of the issue and how to avoid it in future. We are extremely satisfied with the service he provided.

We have a service contract with RupCoe. I was very pleased with the speed at which the office help scheduled a service call. Tom Kelly called prior to coming to my home and was prompt in arriving. When he arrived he was quite professional. He assessed the difficulty with my boiler found the issue had the parts on the truck and promptly repaired the problem. My boiler works fine again. I am pleased with RupCoe's performance from beginning to repair.
Quick and professional service replacing a broken water heater. Extremely knowledgeable service technician did a thorough explanation of appropriate replacement water heaters and , warranties, provided clear upfront pricing and a did a quick and clean install once the replacement was selected. I was impressed. That doesn't happen very often these days.
Bill came in and immediately knew the problem then fixed it within an hour. Best of all my dog loved him!
Brian C. came to my home today for my semi-annual heating-cooling system inspection. He was very thorough and explained everything to me as he went along. His attention to detail and preventive remediation will save me from developing problems in the future and will give my system longer wear. Additionally he was very courteous, clean, and pleasant.
Prompt, friendly, knowledgable. Took time to explain what was wrong and went over how to use new unit. Used drop cloths and cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommend!

This was the second time we called Rupcoe Plumbing & Air They are fabulous. The first time our boiler pipe was leaking. This time our shut off valve was leaking in the bathroom. We had a appointment in a 4 hour window and the office was so nice and called to narrow the time down to let me know when he would arrive. They fixed our problem and reasonably priced.
