My car buying experience was outstanding. I found the vehicle listed on the internet and the salesman Matt was very interested in getting me all the info I wanted to know. I live in Tampa, FL and didn't want to travel to be disappointed in the vehicle. He went th e extra step and performed a walk around taking pictures and insured the vehicle was as described. We would do it all over again if in the market.
Great dealership I have purchased vehicles here as has my son and many of my friends. Very professional and always friendly.

These guys at Royal Automotive are the real deal. My work magnets made some marks on the paint and Quinton worked his tail off to make it right and fix the issue on a truck that I bought 2 weeks ago. He also buffed out a couple other places that needed detailing. Quality service and care.
Heading home to Indiana after a weeks vacation, we caught a piece of metal in our rear tire. Luckily we found ourselves close to Royal Buick GMC. Ralph was incredible - quickly got us patched up and back on the road. Very kind person and incredible service. Thanks Ralph!

Does not honor recalls when it says on the letter in big, bold letters, "FREE OF CHARGE" to the customer! Do not buy from these dirtbags! Hopefully, they will reap what they sow and be out of business just like Saturn!

Nate Park, we can't perform the recall due to the fact that you have drilled out the ignition switch. We want to help you, but the housing would need to be replaced and the part you have does not have a key to go with it. Please understand that we are trying to help you.
I brought my 2005 Saturn in for a supposedly free recall and had to drive a long way and have the Saturn towed here. Of course, the complete pipsqueak asshole I talked to in the service dept. came up with a bullshit reason on why it would be over $600 instead of free. No wonder Saturn went our of business!
