I think this place is the worst I've ever dealt with. Their service department will lie to you and treat your car terribly. They didn't do the work they said they would. I was told a new wheel was being ordered for the car after a wreck. When I showed up to get the car the bent wheel was still on there and I was told it was balanced so it's fine. They put bald tires on the front and left grease all over my leather shifter and seats. I also asked for my parts and about half of them were missing when I went to get the car. Lit... read more
These people are totally incompetent when it comes to fixing a car and dealing with insurance. One of the worst experiences I have ever had with a body shop and service department. They had my car 3 months and still did not repair it properly.

I wouldn't recommend this dealership or service center to anyone. I had to contact volvo north America in Atlanta to handle a blown brake booster issue that they refused to fix under warranty because I didn't purchase the car from them.
