Nothing but crooks. Do not buy used cars from these people.
Certifed mean very much at this dealership if they are to cheap to change an air filter on their used cars. These folks need to be reported to GM and consumer affairs offices.
Ralph Daniel, the service consultant, and James the Service Technician were BEYOND HELPFUL & COURTEOUS. Thought we were having a problem with our new truck. We were 4 hours from home and 5 hours from our destination when we thought we were having a voltage problem. They IMMEDIATELY took the truck back to test it. They treated us like the only customers at the dealership. Ralph was the nicest guy and looked happy to help us. We bought a Tahoe from Skeet Williams and he was AMAZING! He went above and beyond what a typical salesman would do. The next time we need a car, we will be going back to Skeet!
We had been looking for a specific van, found it here at Royal. The service was great, no haggling, genuine respectable people, from the sales man up to the owner of the dealership. I wouldn't ever make a statement like this if I hadn't experienced it myself. I will return when looking for another vehicle. Thank you guys, we love our van, and your service.
The parts department have an issue ordering the correct parts (multiple times). Even using the Vin# to look up the part. The manager just shrugged her shoulders at me and said things happen. No general concern how the part needed greatly affected the outcome of the customers day. Hard to buy a car or truck from a place that service is not quality.
