I was interested in a used car here. On Monday the salesman Matt texted me some info about the car and also texted me the price. The next day (yesterday) he texts me and says he has learned from his manager that the wrong price was entered for the car and the price was raised $1,600. The old bait and switch tactic. After being told by Ross he would call me back about a vehicle I was ready to purchase today, no call. Even if you refuse my offer proper business protocol would be to call the customer back to let them know. After reading the other reviews I'm not surprised.
