The worst service ever. Been here since 815 to get a recall done. No waiting area for you to sit other than in chairs out in the open with the sun beaming in your face. Not very professional. Said my vehicle would be done at 1030. Go figure
For body shop I was very happy to come here, as their dealership has an array of cars at decent value. Well their body shop these ladies at the front desk provide was a laughing joke, except that the fact they where dealing with my vehicle. Upon miscommunications and false lead-ons I felt insulted. Upon waiting for payment I sit and listen how she does not care about my car. Hers is fine.... she proceeded to complain how she's eating and they are more worried about the work they have to do....all within 5 feet of me!?!? I go... read more

Almost every person that works here is honest and respectable. The late David Belcher left his legacy here and it shines through every detail!
