DO NOT USE ROYAL VW SERVICE DEPARTMENT!! Everyone is friendly but WHEN they screw up the cannot do anything about it till you come back in. I dont live locally. my trips to Birmingham revolve around getting my vehicle serviced. Both times I've had my vehicle serviced with them they forgot to add DEF to my diesel vehicle. That stuff isnt exactly cheap. The offer was if I save my receipt from where I purchase some and add it myself that they will credit it back to me on my next service.
