RecommendedI’ve been a customer of Royal GMC for 14 years. The service department is the reason for my loyalty! When I drive in, Ralph Daniel greets me by name, listens and always handles the problem efficiently. He’s the best! My last visit was to replace a faulty shifter on my 2018 Acadia. Still under warranty so no cost to me ( yay) and they gave me ride home so I didn’t have to wait. I was pleased to see everyone had masks on. They finished the job quickly and solved the problem. I highly recommend Royal Automotive.

My experience was not good. If you need anything done in the car you are purchasing make them do it before you sign on the line. They said they were going to fix and make things right but they didn’t after keeping the car two weeks for repairs. My dome light still doesn’t work. The navigation screen didn’t work they replaced it with off market, but as result I lost a USB port and CD player. Parts for both are in the box but not installed, so cant access CarPlay. I had a wonderful experience at Royal Buick GMC! Joey and Matt were very patient with my questions about each SUV/crossover and incentives available. Joey spent his morning and afternoon working closely with me on pricing and test drives. He was easy to work with and very transparent with all information. I would highly recommend shopping with Royal!
Not an honest dealership, be prepared to feel cheated even when you get the vehicle you want. Salesman had me sign to buy a truck for one price and said, "congratulations, I'll get the paperwork started" only to have the sales manager say they couldn't honor that deal. When I asked why they had me actually sign for one price if they wouldn't honor it and their response was, "oh that was your offer not an agreement."
