RecommendedThe sales department is great. The service department is in need of a little guidance. I had an appointment at 1 pm. I went across the street and ate and searched the web a little. Upon arrival back at the service center an hour and a half later I noticed my car was in the same location. I approached the service desk and ask what the issue was. They said they were taking it in now at 3:10. I need to be home between 4-5 to meet a contractor. So they changed my oil, rotated my tires and said they couldn’t do the flash (update)... read more

Huge thank you to Brandon and the Royal GMC service department. Brandon managed our complete engine replacement and the accompanying American Auto Shield claims process. There is no telling how many painstaking hours he spent on the phone with AAS on our behalf just to move the claim forward. Service manager, Chris, was also a huge help when needed. I have a car without a matching title. Royal has my money and I have someone else’s title. ROYAL mess!!
Took substantially longer than they estimated. Disappointed that there was no cleaning wipes or sanitizer in the bathroom or other public areas.
