Absolutely the BEST experience I’ve ever had and cannot express how easy, transparent, prompt and polite the sales person was. Don Thomas truly made this a pleasure and like an “old friend” experience. Negotiations were made all over phone and email, since we live 4 hours away, but nobody in FL wanted to make a better deal.....too bad!!! Royal knows how to treat their customers!
