Horrible customer service and the "detailing-repair" department is a joke! After buying our Traverse from there we sat for 2 hours with our 2 young children while they were supposed to detail it before we took it home. When they brought it around we looked it over and it wasn't touched! I doubt they even opened the door! So needless to say we complained and they offered to detail it again. Awesome experience from day 1 and with the call I got today from Matt Ridley & when I got up there wondering what was going on and when I seen him and he explained why he wanted me to come up there and I received a check for an insensitive that was missed....HONESTY goes along way! Before today I thought Royal was the best dealership I had ever dealt with. After being called short of a liar by the Service Manager Dave Bartlett that has changed to be in the service industry & act like you aren't even face to face with a customer is rude & disrespectful. No eye contact given & looking all around while the customer is talking to you -- eye contact is customer service 101
