Blown off by “courtesy” driver. They’re working on making it right! Getting there and thinking positive.
I went to Royal last week and they informed me that I could write a post dated check for part of the down payment this was on a Saturday. I went in there that following Monday to get the final details and they told me they'd call me. I waited until Tuesday afternoon for a call and nothing. I called them and was informed they didn't know how to use the check machine that it was new. Here it is 4 days later and still no phone calls, apologies, kiss my tail or nothing. Jeff Turner is a stellar service rep. He is always accomodating and honest about working on my car, as high maintenance as it is! 2005 vette. They handle performance vehicles well, and always look out for the crew working at CSA down the street! We all take our cars here

Charlie and I had the best salesman named Matthew Ridley, he was great and made us feel good about buying this car.
I had a flat tire reading and when I put air in the tire the light wouldn’t go out. I stopped by Royal - without an appointment- and asked Jeff Turner if it was possible for someone to look at it. Without hesitation, he invited me into the waiting room and said he’d check it out. In no time, he came to the waiting room and let me know everything was OK. He’d checked and filled all my tires.
