Fabulous experience! I was greeted by the owner when I walked in, no run around from sales agent who got me exactly what I asked for! Beat the completion on price too.
The service area full of crap, I took my car there on two occasions and they wouldn't look at my car on both occasions because they were too booked! I had to wait a whole week to get my Chevy Cruze out the shop dealing with them very bad customer service and I won't be dealing with Chevy ever again!
I had never been here before and I realized I needed a service soon, so while in Richmond for work I made an appointment the day before for the next morning and they gave me a loaner car to get me to work when I dropped my car off. Great service, friendly staff and overall great dealer! I will definitely be sure to get my service done when I am in Richmond on work!
Worked with Ronnie (Salesmen), John (Finance) and Billy (GM) at the Used Car Center. Excellent customer service and they really went the extra mile to make this deal work for us. Would highly recommend any of the three!
