I bought my car from Royal last year. The original auto purchased, was wrecked on delivery, but they quickly rectified it. The customer service/ service center had been prompt, when I visited earlier this year. Though, my new car purchases are not frequent; I would say Royals service was good, and would recommend them.

Made an appointment for an oil change, couldn't make it on Wednesday because I was a waiter, had to wait until Friday even though every time slot showed as open Wednesday. Made first appointment of the day at 7:00 AM and got there at 6:55 in hopes that I would be back home (a 5 minute drive) in time for my work day. Second person here and 5th out,3 of those people got here 15-20 minutes after me. My car didn't even show as being worked on until 8 AM. These people are horrible...stay away! I ordered a $5.30 bolt 7 weeks ago. I was in the area today and stopped by. From the start I could clearly tell that "Fox" in the parts department did not want to help me. 5 minutes to actually acknowledge I was standing in front of him and 10 to ask if he could help me. Instead of looking up my last name to find the bolt he brought random bolts to the counter and asked "is this it?".
