On the 6th of June 2024, my wife and I went to look at a vehicle to purchase. After negotiating the figures of the purchasing price, and signing the paperwork to purchase the vehicle everything was set to be picked up on Monday the 10th or Tuesday the 11th. Vehicle brought in after a car accident in July 2023. Vehicle returned a month later. Car started having problems 3 days later and by the 6th day engine overheated and no antifreeze was in the vehicle. Vehicle towed in and was not diagnosed by a mechanic but instead the service advisor tried to resolve the situation himself by connecting it to the scanner. Office of the Attorney General has closed this complaint. The customer has a head gasket issue that was not related to the repair done by parks. She tried to get her insurance company to cover the claim and it was denied. As we stated previously, we will be happy to have our service department, not the body shop, assist with the repair if her insurance company approves the repair.
I brought my car to Parks ***** Collision as recommended by ********************* I had been hit in a parking lot while parked and my bumper was torn off. Car was in their shop for almost 2 months. When I picked it up the seams between the bumper and the fender were crooked and the hood was misaligned. They kept the car to further repair. Picked it up a week later and I noticed what appeared to be a paint run in the seam I complained about but I took it anyway. I brought a 2022 Lexus nx 350 49 days ago Ive waited 49 ******** still dont have registration for my vehicle I purchased 49 days ago Ive already made my 1st car payment!!! Paid my **************** taxes and I was told I would get a temporary tag never got it!!!I received my vehicle with a empty tank never got reimbursed as I was told to send a gas receipt!!!! This is by far the worst car dealership Ive ever had to deal with!!!

We just purchased a Suburban from Royal this week. I was extremely pleased with our experience and Royal’s team. It was the little stuff that made our experience great. I have purchased quite a few vehicles and it was always the small things that frustrated me. However at Royal The price I had discussed online stayed true when we went through the final details.
