Straightforward sales and great service!
I dropped my 2014 Chevrolet Malibu in for service today at 7:45am at your establishment because it felt like I was loosing power when accelerating. I purchased this vehicle in November of 2018 with an extended warranty on top of what Chevy offered. I was notified today that it was a tracker system that was placed on my vehicle from Royal Chevrolet in Virginia the place that I purchased the vehicle. Worst car experience ever (and its all over an armrest) I own a 2015 Chevy SS and I have been bringing it to "Royal" since I retired from the Air Force and returned back to RVA, My "SS" is still under the "Certified Pre-own Bumper to Bumper" warranty.
