Had 915 appointment for oil change and rotation I got my. At back at 1150 at that point I had to miss work for 1 hour as I am a school bus driver they where not very happy with me I had asked them to check my left rear tire it was showing low on air they repaired it with out my permission and tried to charge me $50.00 for the repair after brief talk with the service writer he took the $50 off the bill
Just bought a preowned SUV from Royal and one of the best car dealerships I have ever dealt with. Fair price and gave me what I wanted for my trade in. Went to at least 4 dealerships while shopping and some could care less about your business while others were just sleazy. My salesman at Royal, Matt Ridley, worked tirelessly for me to get what I wanted and went above and beyond until the end. Thanks for a great car buying experience.

Mike provided significant help today when we arrived in need of car repair and their service dept was closed. He called a competitor dealership and communicated our needs and assured me we would be taken care of. I appreciated his kind assistance.
I took my car in for a minor problem and they told me "I needed this kit to remove the gook from the engine because I had 60,000 miles on it. So I said OK. I picked it up the next day and on my way home, the check engine light comes on. I immediately calendar them and he said to bring it back. I took it back the next day. They see you're almost finished paying for your car and they do something to it so the engine light stays on and the warranty company will pay for some of the things. I was looking for a 2016 model suv for my wife, Thought it would be a good place to go since my company has bought several trucks from them, Sales man offered me a wrecked suv in Michigan, What a joke! My money wasn't good enough for them. So now my wife is driving a new Toyota. I don't recommend
