RecommendedMy wife was traveling out of town in my truck when the transmission decided to take a dive. We called a couple different places and I could never get anybody to talk to myself or her. We made a call to Royal and spoke with Brandon in service. The amount of care and compassion Brandon and Dean gave my wife and made her feel at ease was beyond exceptional.
THE BAD........My son brought in his 2010 VW GTI . it was tripping intake manifold code, should of been covered by a TSB recall on warranty, instead they said it was carbon build up " without cracking the intake?" charged him 100.00 + and told him it would cost 1000.00 to fix. they either were being lazy or corrupt. THE GOOD they shuttled my son to and from UAB

After my car was totaled I unexpectedly had to go car shopping. Rex and the staff at Royal took great care of me! I got exactly what I wanted, in budget and without any hassle or game playing. No surprises when it came time to write a check and drove off with a full tank of gas and freshly washed car. Highly recommend.
Don't buy a gmc! They use a lot of oil, and they will not repair under warranty!
Be very careful here if they give you and estimate; be sure to ask for a copy ! I had some service work done the rep Gerald brought me two pieces of paper showing me some Maintenance work That needed to be done on my vehicle with pricing of $105 on one and 135 on the other. When I arrive to pick up my vehicle the Maintenance that was priced at $135 Became over $400 When I asked to see the papers that I had signed giving them permission to do the work with the pricing that was shown to me he conveniently could not find those ... read more
