Royal sold me a messed up truck and is unwilling to make it right. On top of that, they sold me a warranty that does not work for my vehicle and I have been paying for it for months now. Highly disappointing when purchasing a 55K Denali. The solution to the problem is not getting me to purchase yet another vehicle from you guys and offering 7-9k lower than everyone else. I feel scammed. GMC

I dropped off my car on 12/03/18 at 9 a.m. for an appt for a new HID headlight and condensation in the headlight cover. I have received no communication regarding the status of my vehicle or an update. Today, we kept getting sent to voicemail when we called. The service advisor is Ralph Daniel. Is it common for the service department to hold someone's vehicle for 2 business days (esp. with a scheduled appointment) and not communicate?
