Absolutely the BEST experience I’ve ever had and cannot express how easy, transparent, prompt and polite the sales person was. Don Thomas truly made this a pleasure and like an “old friend” experience. Negotiations were made all over phone and email, since we live 4 hours away, but nobody in FL wanted to make a better deal.....too bad!!! Royal knows how to treat their customers! Thank you again, we love our Atlas R-Line and the entire transaction was super easy and worth the day trip😊
I recommend Royal Automotive for all your used or new vehicle purchases. Their staff are very professional and accommodating. They make purchasing very easy and non-stressful. I have purchased many vehicles at Royal and have always been more than satisfied. Also David Thomas has sold me my last 3-4 vehicles and he is awesome!
never take your car here! especially if you are a woman! rip off artist!!! n worse maintenance section i have ever encountered! zero customer service skills!
