DO NOT USE ROYAL VW SERVICE DEPARTMENT!! Everyone is friendly but WHEN they screw up the cannot do anything about it till you come back in. I dont live locally. my trips to Birmingham revolve around getting my vehicle serviced. Both times I've had my vehicle serviced with them they forgot to add DEF to my diesel vehicle. That stuff isnt exactly cheap. The offer was if I save my receipt from where I purchase some and add it myself that they will credit it back to me on my next service. Brought my car in to be serviced. Didn’t notice there was a part that they removed but did not put back on my car until I got all the way back home (30 minutes away) and looked in my backseat. I called them back and the guy said he noticed it in the backseat, but thought I took it off. Yes, I slipped under the car and slid the part right from the undercarriage... He said I could bring it back ANY DAY so that it could be put back on. So Saturday rolls around, I have the day off and I call and he tells me they can’t help me. H... read more
