explorer A little frustrated because of not having any loaners available and no rentals available. Parts came in sooner than expected and car repaired sooner than expected
2016 Ford Explorer Service Dept was great! Very helpful! It took forever to get approval through the extended warranty program to fix my vehicle. Had my vehicle for 4 weeks.
