Service and. Recalled parts She made sure I was at work on time and repairs was done in a timely manner. They had my truck washed and I’m thankful.

Truck repair Needed a repair for a 2018 F150. Lack of power on the top end. 3 trips to dealer, still not fixed. Wrong parts ordered. Calls and texts not returned. This service department needs serious help.

Worst Service Ever (beware) Had corporate van towed in for no start. They had it for 6 weeks, service advisor never called. Had to deal with service manager. Pricing was misquoted. We were made to feel like it was a privilege from them to work on the van. Absolutely horrible and will never return. Also working with cooperate office to ban Roundtree Ford from being used completely.

Christopher Adkerson / Rountree Ford in shreveport service dept returned my vehicle after spending 3500 for repairs and waiting almost a month, they gave my truck back with things wrong that's never been an issue before, such as my 4x4...
