Poor Professionalism and Management After searching relentlessly online to find the perfect vehicle for my family, I found it at Rountree Ford. Due to reading mostly positive reviews and having never dealt with the dealership before, it seemed like a great find! Service and recall Pat Procell was very polite and accommodating for in getting my 2017 F-350 in for scheduled maintenance and recall repairs when I came in from out of state! Stephen, whom he assigned to handle my visit was very polite and kept me informed of progress on my truck! Will be returning from out of state to have my maintenance completed on my vehicle!
