Buying A New car Great experience! The salesman was very nice and knowledgeable. He did not pressure me in any way and just seemed like an all around nice person. If and when I buy any more vehicles it will be from this gentleman.

Negligence/customer service On December 21 of 2020 I went to Roundtree Lincoln. I wanted a repair of my driver side door as it only opened from the outside. My vehicle is a Lincoln Navigator and I still have my Premium vehicle warranty that I purchase at nearly $ 3895.00 12/37/2019 every three years for issues such as this. Troubleshooting the issue was easy as I could tell the cable was broken from the interior handle and not the exterior. I simply needed a new cable and for it to be installed by Roundtree. Quick turnaround, great service! Brought my mother in law car in for some repair work. Was kept informed of the process at every stage. Repairs were completed quickly, staff was very friendly and helpful.

Vehicle has yet to be diagnosed. My vehicle was towed to Rountree on Dec 8th, due to no start and possible electrical issues. I have called, utilized the text message options and at first I didn't get a response. I finally sent an e-mail and got a response immediately. I was told they are looking into it and should here something back by the end of the day, this was on Dec 30th. After still not hearing anything back I reached out to my advisor and was told they are still waiting on a stall to diagnose my vehicle. This vehicl... read more

MKT serviced Always friendly service in a clean welcoming environment. I especially liked the Covid safety guidelines in force. Coffee is a gourmet type machine with limited contact from customers.

Car would not start need a battery Nice clean facility friendly folks good coffee friendly service advisors,nice people all away around . Everybody was helpful and the guys who took the car to the guys who took the car to the car wash from the guys who just helping out on other cars like I said everybody will help her everybody worked as a team

Getting an oil change Went to Wray Ford for an oil change on my 2017 f250. The service tech was very polite and took care of all my needs. She asked if I was going to wait or leave it and I told her leave. She then was straight forward and said it would be a while cause there was a large quantity all ready checked in. She then made arrangements and got me a ride home. The facility was very clean and everyone was wearing masks. In all I was very satisfied with the service and the work done on my vehicle.
