Great recommendation for Roundtree Ford service de Excellent service. Tires were ordered for next day service. I received prompt and attentive service. I was notified on completion. I have recommended Roundtree to my coworkers to buy tires. I received a very competitive price for Michelin tires.

Service Department My service advisor, Earl, was great. He answered all my questions, filled me in on what my vehicle needs, joked around which made the experience fun, and walked me out to my vehicle. Wish all service advisors were like this. He isn't bad looking either!! :)

Oil change I took my car in for an oil change. The staff was friendly and efficient, but it did take a little longer for the oil change than I expected (almost 2 hours). The waiting area is nice and clean with clean restrooms.

Service tech Jordan went above and beyond to help Had few issues with my old truck and took it to them. Service tech guy named Jordan was extremely helpful, took his time to go over everything with me, kept me in the loop on repairs progress and helped me explaining extra mechanical things about my truck engine that was outside the scope of repair. Extremely happy with customer service this guy went out of his way to make sure my truck was done fast and all my questions answered

No INTEGRITY OR ETHICS ROUNDTREE FORD HAS ZERO INTEGRITY AND ETHICS………. My son is 16 years old. He is an exceptionally hard worker! We teach our children to work hard and earn money. He saved $7000 of his OWN money to put towards his own truck. We went to Roundtree Ford and bought the truck of his dreams after researching and shopping around for over a year. HORRIBLE PLACE Very sad, terrible place. They verbally scammed my fiancé out of 16000. The whole dealership is not to be trusted. If you do business with this place please make sure you READ THE FINE PRINT!!! Still can not get over this!! You think there would be actual good people in the world, obviously not.

Terrible dealership that will rip you off. My son went there thinking he was getting a good deal on selling his truck they took advantage of him giving him 16000 below value. They tricked him thinking he was getting payoff and money instead they payed his truck then sent him a check for 16000 less. You cannot trust anyone at this dealership they will take advantage.
