Nightmare experience The most horrible experience I've ever had resulted in a decision to buy elsewhere. 2K payment to reserve vehicle that was delayed by approx 6 weeks. Promised 0% by sales associate in March, but Roundtree Ford (RF) failed to provide final docs for review despite repeated requests. The day before traveling in from out-of-state to complete the sale, RF advised that 0% was unavailable. This was conveyed by a rude sales manager with whom I had not spoken previously. 5 stars! Earl in service was excellent! He was very attentive and friendly and made sure my concerns were addressed, answered and my car was ready for pick up at the time I requested!

Broke my glove box installing a filter I had an 8:30 reservation for an oil change. They didn't get through until 12:30 and in the process broke my glove box. It was fine when they got the car, it had just been installed 3 months ago. They said don't worry it is under warranty. Why should warranty have to pay for it when the broke it installing a cabin air filter..
Great job. Great prompt and courteous service. I have always been treated well here and the staff is top notch. Competent mechanics, knowledgeable service techs and over good vibes.

Satisfied vehicle owner. The dealership itself was clean and comfortable as the heat outside was extreme. Negotiations were friendly and precise, enjoyable. The salesman presented my requests to management and returned their answers promptly. I am completely satisfied with the process and my choice of vehicles.

Work on my Lincoln ML Had my Lincoln towed due to a battery problem turned out to be an electrical issue. They worked really hard to find the problem and work with my extended warranty. Even used the Lincoln engineer to help. Took a bit but car is great. Earl was a sweetheart to put up with my short patience. Thanks earl

Not Satisfied Needed oil change and inspection sticker. Took truck in @11:00. I was told 2 to 3 hrs. Got truck back @ 5:30. Called @ 3:00 and was told they were running behind but there was only one ahead of me. Finally went up there @ 4:45 because I had not heard anything yet. My truck was sitting outside, I thought they were through and just had not called yet. I was wrong! The young man said they were running behind.
