Never again Had it not been for the kindness of the staff in service, I wouldn’t have rated Ford the 2 that I gave them…..but there’s always one. Danny was my service advisor. Long story, short, he didn’t return or initiate calls to inform me of what was going on with my car, he claimed my insurance was “void” on a $700 plus ticket, which was a flat out lie, he kept giving me the run around on a timeline for the repairs, and his attitude and demeanor was less than desirable. Danny in service is a Sociopath Buying a car here? Good experience, got my car inexpensive. In 2016 I got a 2014 Ford Focus. Need service post-purchase? Yeah good luck. I’ve had to get my transmission replaced & more recently had to get a wheel well liner replaced. Danny who works in service knowingly let me drive off the lot with a dangerous level of damage to the wind cover (long piece of plastic covering underside of front bumper) I made it down the street before it fell off and went under my tires. Never again 2002 F350 was serviced for a damaged ignition switch and punched for lock. I can understand backlog on Parts issues but it was in there about a week and when I picked it up they changed the ignition switch but the selector switch on the column was showing in Reverse when it was in park. Grease was over the doors, the light cover for the door was stuck in the seat, the hood was left up and I hit the highway at 70 miles an hour and noticed it. Service Center I went in for an oil change and the service advisor was not friendly at all, and didn’t give me any info on the service provided. I purchased a used car and needed it to be checked out just to make sure everything was okay. I wish I would have saved my time and just went back to the Honda or Jaguar dealership because the service here was the worst. I hope the service advisor has a better day tomorrow because today wasn’t it.
