Pat in Service was great Brought my 2020 F-150 in for its 1st Oil change. Facility was nice, Pat got me in/out as promised, and the $ was a little less than originally quoted.

Service repairs My vehicle was running on a dead battery, this was the coldest day of the season. Took it to the Rountree DEALERSHIP and they took care of my problem quickly. I'm back on the ride safely. Thanks to the great service and professional staff.

Scheduled maintenance for 2017 F-350 I called previous week to schedule maintenance on vehicle! Discussed with Pat Procell about bringing vehicle on following Monday! Arrived at service department and was met by Pat, who immediately completed signing me in and service was completely in a very reasonable period of time! Wait was minimal and pleasant! Vehicle was returned to me after all required and requested service was completed!

I’ll never deal with Rountree Again! I have four Fords that will never enter Rountree Ford’s facility again! I questioned service on my 2015 Mustang and for a period of 30 days give or take, I got a complete runaround between the Service Writer, The Service Mgr., and the General Mgr . Not once did they return any of my many calls. My opinion “DON’T TRUST ANY OF THEM”. Unless you have money to throw away.

What happened to the service department Got the works service and it took over 3 hours, in addition my tires were not rotated which is part of the works it’s likely other services were not completed. Also had sync 3 installed and the Nav system still doesn’t have I49 to Texarkana on it making me wonder if that was done correctly. I was also charged $18 for miscellaneous fees negating the coupon I had, what are they a cell phone company now? Very disappointed. I’ve bought 3 vehicles there Doubtful I’ll be going back.

Relaxed Recall Service Spencer went above and beyond to take care of my need for my vehicle to be returned on the same day. He informed my of timeframe and cars ahead of me but assured me my vehicle would be taken great care of.

Negligence/customer service On December 21 of 2020 I went to Roundtree Lincoln. I wanted a repair of my driver side door as it only opened from the outside. My vehicle is a Lincoln Navigator and I still have my Premium vehicle warranty that I purchase at nearly $ 3895.00 12/37/2019 every three years for issues such as this. Troubleshooting the issue was easy as I could tell the cable was broken from the interior handle and not the exterior. I simply needed a new cable and for it to be installed by Roundtree.
