Communication is key! The service advisor that assisted me, Jordan Lewis, could have been more communicative. My truck was there for 2 weeks and he called me maybe 2 times. Most of the time when him and I talked was because I called and left him a message. I had no clue if they had diagnosed the issue nor what the plan and timeframe were for them to make the necessary repairs. Needless to say the repairs were completed and my truck is back to running the way it should be. Overall I am happy with their service.

Oil change Jordan, my service technician was very courteous. He met me at my car to check me in. Today’s visit was for an oil change and multi point inspection. Everything was done in a timely manner.

Diesel fuel spraying from on my engine! I was called to pick my truck up because it was repaired, I went and paid the bill and upon on arrival at my house I opened the hood. To my amazement they never touched my vehicle, both issues that I took it there for still existed. When taking it back the next day, they said there was some miscommunication. Good Experience Jorden was very helpful during the works that was being done on my F150. I had questions about my extended warranty and he was very knowledgeable about that.

Yearly Maintenance I’ve always had great service from buying a new truck or getting it serviced for yearly maintenance. They always tell you how long it will approximately take for service. The workers there are always polite.

5 stars isn’t enough I worked with Laurie on getting my brand new Ford Explorer. She was amazing, light hearted, funny, and super helpful. Everyone at this dealership was very helpful and they worked hard to make sure we were taken care of. My husband will be coming back in a few months to get a truck and I hope we get to work with Laurie again!

Very good experience purchasing the truck. Sam Welch was outstanding to deal with. Very professional and kept all his commitments to us. Finance Manager was also very professional and explained everything well. Truck was ready when promised and Sam did a very good job of explaining the features.
