Oil change and recall Tonya was my service adviser she was great,on top of it ,I had my car back before the time was promised.. Really liked her attitude.

Excellent Service I had previously carried my truck to a dealership in natchitoches for repairs but after three days they couldn’t repair. I brought my truck to Rountree and they made the repairs while I waited in the very comfortable waiting room. The service rep kept me informed of the progress. The repair tech visited with me after the repairs and was very knowledgeable and explained the repairs that were made. I was extremely happy with the entire process.
Quick and easy! Service representatives were professional and attentive. Service itself was quick and easy! They did everything I needed done in a timely matter and kept me updated during the whole process.

2017 F-350 Super Duty Maintenance My experience with Rountree Ford has always been great! All visits have been met with prompt courteous service! I have had continued support not only from the service department but also from the sales department and the salesman that I purchased the vehicle from! I will continue to use their services even though I am moving out of state and would buy my next vehicle from Rountree!

Rountree Ford Outstanding experience from Ken Z and the entire crew at Rountree Ford-Shreveport. Took the time to find the exact car I wanted with all the options I had to have, went and got it to have it back in time for my birthday. Worst experience Bought a F150 with a 2.7 liter eco boost engine, it also has rims, tires and leveling kit. That rountree installed. The buying experience was one of the worst I’ve ever had. The truck gets terrible fuel mileage (Traded a Tundra in it got better fuel mileage) my salesman told me the only way I’m gonna get anywhere close to what ford says is to put a programmer or tuner on it. Won't darken the doors ever again to this dealersh Have a 2016 Ford F150. Had a flat could not lower the spare tire to change the tire. I am 72 years old, and should not have to put up with this. I had to have the tire fixed, took the truck to this dealership cause I had an appointment for 8:30. I arrived early, told the lady at the counter my issue she told me Iwould have to wait till around 11 or so. Unacceptable.
