Outstanding customer service! This is an excellent dealership. Everything from helping me find my car to the purchasing process as well as the service department has been top notch. Superior Service ( 5 stars) Pat Procell is an awesome service advisor and he's the guy to go to when you need 5 star service. He always makes me feel welcome and treats you like a friend. The manager Mr. Miller (service manager) is a great manager and his door is always open if you have any concerns or issues, I'd give him 5 stars too.

Very Excited Trey our salesman was so nice and helped us through the whole process. He went above and beyond to make sure all the paperwork got completed including driving over an hour away for a signiture. I highly recommend this staff and would gladly shop with them again In the future.

Service after buying Even after I brought my truck Kenneth saleman is still going beyond his duty . Just today Kenneth help me get pin strips put on my truck it totally change the looks of it . Kenneth took care of it and put gas in the truck no charge to me . I would recommend Rountree Ford to any one who is looking for a new vehicle.
