Customer service and appointment Don’t call 24-hour in advance to make service appointment and expect to have vehicle looked at and worked on. Appointment is to tell service advisor what problems your having all over again. To have your vehicle worked on you have to come back another time for them to look at and tell you what they will charge for repairs. Your time is not worth anything here while the service people in shop go back and forth talking to each other and playing on their cell phones as I watched for 30-minutes.
Bought a car Drove two hours to buy a car. Paperwork was ready for me to sign as soon as I got to dealership . The salesman got me in and out of the dealership asap. Excellent dealership and great customer service with provided.

Fixed my truck My power steering went out on me. I had a tow truck pick it up and take it to roundtree ford they where very helpful!! And They had my truck fixed and back to me the next day

Recall items on vehicle Service writers seemed eager to assist. They were pleasant and I was met promptly in the service drive in. Checks were performed in less than estimated time. Waiting area was comfortable with coffee, water, etc available.

Adaptive Drive malfunction They always take care of me. This was due to an accident and the only thing I did not like was that they wouldn’t release my car until the insurance company paid for it.

Dual Clutch Ford Focus Service was great. I brought my car in for the dual clutch recall* for my 2014 Ford Focus. My car dose not shudder anymore on takeoff.
