The buying process horrible New car sales manager insulted my husband and made light of all scratches on new vehicle and never made it right won't ever buy again here they are terrible!

Oil change We bought our 2010 Explorer almost 7 years ago. We replaced an 02 Explorer. We absolutely love our vehicle mainly because of the keyless entry and 3rd row seating, which is great for large families that travel in or out of town and car pooling for school. We bring our truck in when it needs an oil change (Dec 2016) and we have even replaced tires a few years ago when I came home to visit family. 2010 f150 major repair The "check 4x4" light came on so I brought it in after talking to the service writer, we had a quick talk about the problem and both thought it might be the Solenoid that engages the four-wheel-drive system in the transfer case. Not a hard fix. He told me when they should be able to look at it and get it back to me about mid day. When I didn't hear from them around noon, I got a little concerned about the repair.
